What data RawTrack stores

RawTrack stores the information needed to operate stock and production workflows for your company.

  • Company profile information such as company name, business type, email, phone, address, language, timezone and currency.
  • Authorized user information such as name, email, role and account access status.
  • Operational records such as raw materials, product recipes, production batches, stock movements, reports and low-stock alerts.
  • Subscription, billing and activation information needed to manage trials, yearly access or lifetime access.

How the data is used

Data is used only for service purposes: to show dashboards, calculate production needs, deduct stock, generate reports, send notifications and manage the company account.

  • RawTrack does not use production or stock data for advertising.
  • RawTrack does not sell company data.
  • Notifications are sent only for system purposes such as verification, password reset, low-stock alerts and account information.

Who can access company data

No unauthorized person should have access to your company information. Access is limited by role and company account.

  • Company admins can access only the data that belongs to their own company.
  • Super admin access is limited to account management, subscription status, support and required operational administration.
  • Authorized platform staff may assist only when required for support, account administration or service obligations.

Sharing and third-party services

RawTrack may use configured service providers only to deliver system functions.

  • Email providers may process email addresses and message content for verification, alerts and system notifications.
  • WhatsApp providers may process phone numbers and notification text when WhatsApp notifications are enabled.
  • Hosting and database providers store the application files and database for the installation.

Retention, export and deletion

Company records are kept while the account is active or while retention is needed for service, support, security, billing or legal reasons.

  • Company admins should review and remove outdated operational records when they are no longer needed.
